These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Koven (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.
You agree not to post unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, or to misuse the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.
Paid memberships, purchases, and tips are processed by our payment provider. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are handled per our refund policy and applicable law.
Creators retain ownership of their content and grant us a license to host and display it. Payouts to connected accounts are subject to the payment provider's terms.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Koven is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
