No. Starter is free with no card. Upgrade to Pro when you want paid community tiers, more members and unlimited courses.
What does Koven take from my sales?
A 2% platform fee on Starter and Pro, plus Stripe's standard processing. Scale has a lower fee. Payouts go to your own Stripe account.
Do buyers need an account to check out?
No. Guest checkout works on any phone. Buyers who purchase a course get a link to set a password so they can come back to it.
Do I have to run a community?
No. The store works on its own. Add a community whenever you're ready, and your buyers are already on your customer list.
Can I take my audience with me?
Yes. Export your customers and members as a CSV at any time.
